Location: Plymouth, MN (100% Onsite)

About the Role
Join a global leader in specialty digital printing technology! As a Purchasing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders with precision and timeliness.
- Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to confirm details, track deliveries, and resolve issues.
- Inventory Monitoring: Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Additional Support: Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing and inventory management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bonus: Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
